Completing Galvan Armory, a unique community center in an historic armory hosting a library, senior center, and an after school program.
Providing start up funding and developing 16,500 sq. ft. of space for Warren Street Academy, an alternative education program, and Bard Early College - Hudson, which in combination are providing over 80 students with specialized education opportunities.
Developing, preserving, and managing 180 units of affordable housing in Columbia County.
- Providing $3,000,000 grants and spaces for Hudson Area Library, Hudson City School District, Hudson Senior Center, Bard Early College - Hudson, Warren Street Academy, Perfect Ten After School Program, Greater Hudson Promise Neighborhood, Salvation Army, Hudson Little League and many more organizations improving the quality of life in Columbia County.
Supporting job creation and small business growth by renovating buildings throughout Hudson into commercial spaces for 10 small businesses.
